{"id":3626,"date":"2013-08-20T17:45:58","date_gmt":"2013-08-20T05:45:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/360urban.co.nz\/lounge\/?p=3626"},"modified":"2013-08-23T13:28:30","modified_gmt":"2013-08-23T01:28:30","slug":"pergo-880-tuffgrout","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/360urban.co.nz\/lounge\/2013\/08\/pergo-880-tuffgrout\/","title":{"rendered":"PERGO 880 &#8211; Tuffgrout Cleaning Machine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pergo 880 powered belt cleaner\u00a0is a thoroughly professional machine for removing surface\u00a0residue following grouting.\u00a0Quickly and effectively clean surplus grout mortar from natural stone &amp; modular pavements.<\/p>\n<p>The latest motorised grout cleaning machine that represents a considerable advancement to any previous cleaning machines.\u00a0It is larger and more rugged than previous models and boasts new developments which place it ahead of the pack in every respect.<\/p>\n<p><em>The 4 stroke, ohv petrol engine is quiet and reliable with a frame built to last.\u00a0New facilities have been provided in the 880 model with t<\/em><em>he ability to adjust the working height and pressure of the sponge on the pavement surface now provided at the operator end of the machine, with a robust screw and slider mechanism.\u00a0<\/em><em>The wheels have pneumatic tyres which roll gently over the pavement surface.\u00a0The 880 model uses a new hard-backed foam belt which will not stretch in use and is highly resistant to breaking even under the heaviest use while provision is made to accurately align the belt during use.\u00a0<\/em><em>The roller assembly can easily be lifted into the new, much larger water bucket and<\/em><em>\u00a0provides more room for the operator to service the belt, even with the bucket in place.
