Gloucester Street was upgraded with new Ketley Blue Clay Paving and complimented with\u00a0GRA903 natural stone granite, high quality lighting, robust and flexible urban elements.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\">Gloucester Street followed the successful first stage, the Taradale Lane redevelopment\u00a0in Napier City. The first stage in the shopping centre\u2019s redevelopment, the Lee Road car park, has created a more pedestrian-friendly car park, with pathways, improved lighting and a similar number of parking spaces.
