ASB North Wharf
Steintec low carbon footprint bedding mortars and slurry grouts are exceeding the challenge of environmental responsibility. The ASB North Wharf project is the most advanced commercial office building of its type in New Zealand. It will be a bench mark for Australasia and at the forefront of new work place buildings internationally.
Environmental sustainably is at the core of the building’s design. Designed by BVN in association with Jasmax, the building has been designed to echo Auckland’s volcanic landscape while ASB has taken advantage of the latest sustainable building and technology practices to achieve a Green Star New Zealand rating.
