tuffsand is suitable for all traffic conditions. Pedestrian and trafficked pavements, drives and patios. Specially developed for stone slabs and all precast concrete modular paving; setts and flags. Stronger and longer lasting than plain sand jointed paving and without the negative effects of synthetic or chemical polymers. Suitable for repair and maintenance of existing pavements.

The entire pavement structure is effectively locked resisting movement of paving elements and loss of jointing material commonly associated with sand jointing.
More resistant to modern public realm cleaning methods such as mechanical brushing, water jetting and vacuum cleaning. Tuffsand reacts with water to heal cracks, realign particles and bind them again to maintain strength and integrity.
